I’m a product designer focused on systems, how products behave, how decisions are made, and how they improve over time.

I’ve spent most of my career working on complex products across AI, platforms, and developer tools. At Ada, I led the design of coaching tools that help teams understand and improve AI agent behavior, contributing to increased adoption and performance. At Zendesk, I worked on conversational systems and platform initiatives, including multi-language support and data extensibility, and helped shape more experience-driven product planning.

At Shopify, I worked on the developer ecosystem, designing platform tools that gave developers more flexibility and control over how they extend the product.

I bring clarity to how things work, not just how they look.
